Employees are more engaged with an organization that supports education.  They are highly motivated about their future when they have a clear understanding of themselves and how their career could develop.  Supporting employees in making well-informed choices about industry topics can lead them to have a more optimistic outlook on life, sense of purpose, and a greater level of contribution that they make to their organization and community.  There are economic and social benefits when employees are supported to make effective and educated transitions within their careers.
