Learning Outcomes Assist Adult Learners

Did You Know? With the release of the updated version of Principles of Banking, our office created Learning Outcome sheets for our instructors to ensure that topics covered are directly tied to our certification exams. This is another way we are supporting instructors and students for success! Principles of Banking is on a number of certificates, diplomas and the Certified Modern Branch Professional – Level I (a career path for advancing tellers into Universal Banker and Assistant Branch Managers).
