Our first ever In House Training Panel brought together Jessi Jaquish (Union Bank), Emily Frechette (Partners Bank), and Maureen Golden (Community National Bank) to share how they turned CFTEA course material into powerful internal training programs.
They spoke honestly about what worked, what stretched their creativity, and how they kept things fun along the way. From bringing in guest speakers to energize their teams, to opening virtual classrooms so everyone in their footprint could join, to providing accountability that actually inspired and not terrified employees, they covered it all.
Moderated by CFTEA’s own Andrew Lederer, the audience jumped right in with questions, ideas, and maybe a little friendly competition for those C Bucks (CFTEA’s official conference currency and a direct cause of some spirited bidding wars in the silent auction).
