“I have found that [taking classes with CFTEA are] an excellent opportunity. I have recently completed Principles of Banking and I have already learned so much about banking as an industry.
I am currently enrolled in Today’s Teller and this course will help me to better understand the role and responsibilities of a Teller in the day to day operations of the bank and help to expand my knowledge & handle issues that may arise.
I believe it is important to remain current in any industry, including banking which is continually evolving to meet society’s rapidly changing needs. Without continuing education, it would be easy to be left behind.”
