CFTEA had the opportunity to work with two outstanding groups on Presentation Skills. The first was the TowneBank LEAD Program, a three year management development program created for new talent joining the organization. It helps participants learn the foundations of financial services while growing into leadership roles within TowneBank’s strong culture of caring.

The second session welcomed the Towne Academy group, TowneBank’s Management Development Academy designed for current and future supervisors building the next generation of leadership across TowneBank and its Family of Companies.

CFTEA Executive Director, Andrew Lederer, facilitated both programs using material from CFTEA’s 3 credit Verbal Communication Guided Learning course, customized specifically for TowneBank. The practice sessions were excellent, and it was clear how much thought and effort everyone is putting into their upcoming presentations to management and peers.

And as always, TowneBank hospitality stood out.

As a nonprofit, CFTEA truly values the opportunity to work directly with community banks and their teams. A sincere thank you to everyone involved in the sessions and follow up conversations.

TowneBank holds a special place in CFTEA’s heart.
