Candid 2026 Platinum Seal of TransparencySeven years in a row. CFTEA has once again earned Candid’s Platinum Seal of Transparency for 2026, the highest level of nonprofit transparency recognition in the country.

And honestly, this one matters deeply to us. Less than 1% of nonprofits nationwide reach this level.

To earn it, organizations have to publicly share detailed information about finances, leadership, strategy, outcomes, goals, and the actual impact being made. That means opening the doors and saying, “Here’s who we are. Here’s what we are working toward. Here’s where resources are going. Here’s the difference it is making.”

That level of transparency takes work. Real work.

For the people and organizations who work with CFTEA, this recognition means something important. It means you can trust that we take stewardship seriously. Whether you are an employee taking a class, a financial institution investing in staff development, a board member, a partner organization, or someone cheering us on from the sidelines, you deserve to know the organization you support is operating with accountability and purpose.

This recognition also increases visibility and credibility for nonprofits like CFTEA, helping more people discover the work we do and why career development matters in strengthening community financial institutions and the people behind them.

I’m incredibly proud of our team, our board, our instructors, and the organizations that continue believing in what we do. Nonprofits do not accomplish milestones like this alone.

Thank you for being part of the story.

To your continued success,
Andrew Lederer, Executive Director
