Eight years. Which in CFTEA time equals a lot of coffee, meaningful conversations, and steady progress built one day at a time.
This month we are celebrating Andrew’s eight years at CFTEA, and it feels like a good time to pause and say thank you.
Continuing education has always been one of Andrew’s core values. Long before the Executive Director title, he started as a CFTEA instructor. Then came council service. Then joining the CFTEA board of directors. So when the chance came to support others in a new way, the answer was an easy yes.
CFTEA has a long tradition of people in banking helping the next generation, and Andrew stepped right into that story.
During these eight years, CFTEA has navigated a pandemic, the great resignation, and an economy that seems to change its mind daily. Through it all, opportunity stayed front and center. CFTEA continued to be an affordable, high quality option, while adjusting to what learners and organizations actually need.
No shortcuts. No hype. Just steady commitment to helping people grow.
