Meet Anthony Reynolds, Learning and Development Specialist at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust (BHBT) and one of the newest members of our CFTEA Regional Advisory Council. We are thrilled to welcome him to the table.
Anthony is jumping into council service for the first time and he could not be more energized about it.
In his own words, “CFTEA is leading the way when it comes to industry training, so when I saw the chance to join the council, I thought it would be a great opportunity. I really believe in the power of professional development, and I’m eager to help contribute to CFTEA’s mission and growth.”
That kind of enthusiasm is contagious in the best way.
Even as a newer learner in our programs, he has already seen the value of the experience.
“I’ve only had the chance to complete one training so far. But as an L&D specialist, I can already see how valuable the training programs are. They’re really well thought out, and I love how flexible and practical they are.”
Anthony also shared what stood out most when he explored our website and story:
“It’s clear that personal growth through professional development is at the heart of everything you do. These values really align with how I approach my own growth, and I’m excited about the chance to work with an organization that’s so dedicated to helping others reach their potential.”
So what is he most looking forward to? He put it simply, “I’m excited about the chance to work with a group of people who share the same passion for helping others grow as I do. I’m also looking forward to learning from everyone on the council and bringing my own ideas to the table.”
