CFTEA is thrilled to welcome Grace Holmes to the CFTEA Regional Advisory Council.
Reflecting on joining the council Grace shared, “My previous role at MSB was Learning Content Specialist. I have a passion for young professionals to have opportunities and resources to advance their careers through learning. This creates more engaged and happy employees. Over the years, I have participated in multiple courses through CFTEA and believe in their mission.”
“My experiences with CFTEA have been extremely positive. From my first class in 2017 to currently working on my Cash Management Certificate. I would recommend CFTEA as a valued resource to develop soft and hard skills for career advancement and exploration.”
In thinking about the course values of CFTEA (Trusted, Flexible, Passionate, and Innovative), Morgan noted: “Tammy Perkins (in the CFTEA office) is all the above. I have had technology issues, and she finds ways to work around them. She is prompt to get me my class materials. She is kind and helpful and clearly displays these values.”
As Grace joins the council her thoughts and experiences are so valuable to the continued growth and voice within CFTEA as a community non-profit. What is she looking forward to the most in joining the council? “Playing a part in professionals having space to advance themselves through learning!”
