Thomas Bruce is a Branch Manager and AVP for Towne Bank. This is what he had to say about his experience being a council member:
” I had a great experience when taking CFTEA courses myself and was also seeking knowledge of how organizations such as CFTEA operate. My experience with CFTEA is made up of taking multiple banking related courses at the beginning of my banking career about 6 years ago.
The courses gave me a great foundation to fall back on when in my new banking role. I also enjoyed the pace at which the courses operated and the responsiveness of the instructors.
I am looking forward to becoming more well educated about all the courses that CFTEA offers so I can inform those employees in our organization that may be able to benefit from them. If I can create value for our organizations employees I would certainly find that rewarding.”
