We are thrilled to announce the addition of four seasoned professionals to the CFTEA Board of Directors. Each brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our mission of advancing career development at community financial institutions.
Meet Our New Board Members:
Jessi Jaquish – With a strong background in banking, Jessi currently serves at Union Bank, where she has been instrumental in leading various educational initiatives. She has served for a number of years on the CFTEA Regional Council and actively works as a CFTEA instructor.
Kayla Caikauskas – Kayla, from Lighthouse Credit Union, is known for her innovative approach to organizational strategy and culture, making her a valuable addition to our board. Kayla has been an active CFTEA Regional Council member and gave an outstanding presentation at last year’s Leaders Conference.
Maureen Golden – Hailing from Community National Bank, Maureen brings extensive experience in community banking and a deep commitment to customer service. As Council Chair she has been instrumental in energizing the council and creating community impact. She also serves as a CFTEA instructor within her bank.
Megan Smith-Pinkham – As a key team member at Bath Savings Institution, Megan’s insights into lending and lending operations will be a great support to CFTEA. She is an avid supporter of CFTEA as a key way to support career development at Bath Savings.
We are excited about the diverse expertise and perspectives that Jessi, Kayla, Maureen, and Megan bring to our board.
