“I’ve benefited from taking my CFTEA courses by being given more supervisor responsibilities and decision making skills.
I believe that continuing education is important for professionals in today’s business environment because it offers everyone a chance to always critique and become more confident with themselves and with their work.
My future plans for my banking education is to learn as much as I can. Once I’m done the certificates I’m working on I’ll be able to concentrate on their diplomas, or start concentrating on another aspect of banking, but currently I’m trying to be the best teller/customer service assistant that I can.”
