Understanding Banking Products is divided into five sections:
Section 1: Understanding Your Customers – This section provides a brief overview of what motivate customers to buy, the difference between features and benefits and how to focus on benefits when selling products
Section 2: Consumer Banking Products – This section describes products that have been developed to meet consumer needs.
Section 3: Small Business Banking Needs – This section examines the unique banking needs of a small business.
Section 4: Small Business Banking Products – This section describes the products provided to small business customers.
Section 5: Trust Products and Services – This section contains an overview of a trust department and includes brief descriptions of trust products and services.
While Understanding Banking Products looks at the broad and ever-changing number of banking products offered to consumers and small businesses, it does not address selling strategies or cross-selling banking products.
