Description: This course looks at how federal laws prohibiting unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices apply to bank marketing. The course explains the elements of unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices to help bank-marketing professionals develop advertisements and promote their banks’ products and services without risking violations of federal law.
Audience: All employees with direct customer contact and all marketing employees.
