The Attracting Top Talent course is designed to help HR professionals attract and retain top talent. Making the Right Hire
Making the Right Hire guides HR professionals through the process of not just making a hire, but making the best one for every role. The course dissects why hiring can go so wrong and what exactly defines a “right” hire. While making their way through a description of the interview process, learners will delve into ethics and legality surrounding hiring, the ethical use of AI in hiring processes, and how to identify and mitigate bias and discrimination. Following a discussion on evaluating candidates post-interview, the course discusses secondary interviews, job trials, and sealing the deal with the perfect candidate.
