Description
Designed for banking professionals at all levels. Participants will discuss and practice a set of basic guidelines for interaction with each other. This course will also introduce information about social styles and strategies for dealing with difficult co-workers and the resulting conflict between colleagues.
After successfully completing this course students should be able to:

➢ Use basic guidelines to enhance professional relationships
