This live, 90-minute webinar will provide your bank with an overview of today’s payments systems & types (traditional, card-based, digital) from both a payment provider and payment acceptor perspective. We will explore all three primary payment streams (Consumer to Business, Consumer to Consumer and Business to Business), take a brief look at the evolution of payments and the rapidly changing payment options both consumers and merchants enjoy. We will explore how consumers and businesses think about payment types and payment providers (including banks) and what their respective likes and dislikes reveal about the decisions they make when it comes to payments and payment acceptance. We’ll also examine the preferred payment options of both consumers and businesses, how payment providers are adapting to consumer preferences and the importance of identity and security when it comes to consumer payment choices.
