Tara Donovan is the Branch Manager of the Littleton NH Dells Rd Union Bank. This is what she had to say about her experience on the council:
“I became a council member to be able to participate in a Non-profit organization that is able to help employees in financial businesses grow and succeed within their business and to also keep informed of what’s new and exciting within CFTEA so that I can pass that information onto my co-workers/employees.
I have taken may classes through CFTEA for Union Bank with great success. The office staff and teachers are always very helpful and friendly no matter what your question or concern is.
I would recommend CFTEA as a career development partner because the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful and there is a great range of classes that help financial employees learn and grow within their institution.
I believe the most rewarding part of being a council member will be to be able to be an advocate for all employees and co-workers with their thoughts and suggestions of classes needed for all employees success.”
