Maureen’s leadership as Chair of the CFTEA Regional Advisory Council during 2024 and 2025 has been nothing short of inspiring. From her very first meeting, she brought new energy and a can do spirit that turned ideas into action. Impact stories were shared. Plans became results. And change took root.

Under her guidance, Maureen began a new tradition of updating the CFTEA Board of Directors on the outstanding work being done by the council. She made sure the stories of dedicated members were heard and celebrated.

As she stepped into her new role on the CFTEA Board of Directors, Maureen left the council in great hands. She ensured that new Chair Emily Frechette from Partners Bank had every tool needed to succeed with organized meetings, mentorship, and clear direction.

Maureen continues to be a tireless CFTEA ambassador, always looking for ways to share the value and power of CFTEA training in career development.
