Board Spotlight: Arielle Darling
AVP, Senior Training Specialist
Androscoggin Bank
Arielle has joined the CFTEA board of directors with a rich history of involvement. She has taken courses, served on the Regional Advisory Council, and presented at our annual Leaders Conference. Her experience with CFTEA from the beginning provided a strong motivation to be part of the leadership team. She reflected on the history that brought her to this point, “I cannot stress how much I appreciate the work that CFTEA does. When I was new to banking, it was an invaluable resource for me, and now I refer others to take CFTEA courses because I believe that they too will benefit from the financial education that it can provide. I also love learning and encouraging the personal and professional development of others, so I am thrilled to serve on the board of a non-profit with whom I share those values.”
Arielle is looking forward to working with new and current board members. “I am sure to pick up some excellent ideas and perspectives that will support learners at Androscoggin Bank and my own development. I look forward to promoting CFTEA, as I believe it is an underutilized resource. I am excited to see what I can do to spread the word about the organization and its unique career solutions.”
What is one thing that fellow board members might not know about Arielle? “I make and sell handmade toys and gifts online and at craft venues throughout the year. When I’m not working, taking classes, or volunteering in the community – I am crafting!” We will be looking to see your next masterpiece, Arielle.
Welcome to the board of directors and taking your time to share your thoughts and experiences! We look forward to working with you in your new role!
