CFTEA VP of Communications, Nicole Haggerty of Androscoggin Bank, has been awarded the CFTEA 2024 Making a Difference Award. The award is based on innovative thinking and inspiration. Nicole is always bubbling with ideas that showcase CFTEA as a non-profit in the community as she champions the message of our learning community.
It has been 98 years that CFTEA has been providing support to employees, organizations, and the community. But there has been something missing – an Annual Report. Nicole made this observation and then took the task in hand with her committee. Nicole worked with Executive Director, Andrew Lederer, to gather key information from the last fiscal year and present it in a meaningful annual report. Her continued work laid the groundwork for a powerful template that is now in place for future annual reports. Nicole continues to look for ways to share the important work that CFTEA is accomplishing as well as providing an accessible document that shows how CFTEA is more than another training vendor.
