CFTEA is happy to award Lise Patterson of Androscoggin Bank the 2022 Leaving a Legacy Award. Lise has been a key contributor for years serving on our council, board, executive committee, and as board president in 2021-2022. She has worked as an instructor and has a passion for supporting quality career development.Her contributions saw CFTEA through the pandemic and became a rallying cry for modernization, and support. Her vision has enhanced our strategic planning and laid a wonderful foundation for new leaders. While Lise will be retiring in the future, she is thrilled to continue working with CFTEA. And we are thrilled to have her.
