We’re thrilled to welcome Marissa Brunelle of Claremont Savings Bank to the CFTEA Regional Advisory Council! Marissa brings a wealth of experience in banking and with CFTEA to the council. “As the Corporate Trainer, career growth and development for my organization is a huge focus. I would like to join the CFTEA council to build a stronger partnership to fill education gaps for my staff, building stronger and more confident employees with a focus on becoming trusted advisors for our customers. I also enjoy working with other leaders in the industry to share ideas and work together toward the common goal of knowledge and growth.”
Thinking about the impact of CFTEA on Marissa’s career she noted, “Since starting in the banking industry 11+ years ago, I have used CFTEA for several classes through virtual classrooms and self-paced learning. CFTEA always offers relative, valuable content at affordable costs, making it easy to partner with CFTEA for education needs. Now as the Corporate Trainer, I look to CFTEA not just for myself, but for our staff as well as we look at Development Plans for all employees. CFTEA’s variety of courses offered, makes it easy to find something for everyone. I have been impressed with CFTEA’s continuous growth mindset; always looking forward at what more can be done.”
“Tammy at CFTEA has been incredible to work with. When I have had questions about courses available that cover specific topics, I have a quick response with options. She is always professional and helpful and has become a trusted partner in our institution’s education. Her passion for her job and helping others is always present and speaks to the core values of CFTEA as a non-profit organization. Thank you, Tammy!”
CFTEA is excited to have Marissa on the council and our supporters look forward to the contributions that lend the amazing voice of Claremont Savings Bank to the learning community. Marissa joins fellow council members, Brianna Critch and Megan Lang, as well as Chrissy Fratzel as a board member. The CFTEA council has a rich history of giving feedback to the CFTEA board of directors and ensuring representation across the community. Marissa is looking toward the future, “Having our ideas and collaboration efforts come to fruition while making a difference in our communities, organizations, and industries will be so rewarding. I look forward to being a part of someone’s learning and growth.”
Congratulations to Marissa for adding her voice in guiding CFTEA as a collaborative non-profit that supports employees, organizations, and the community!
