Join CFTEA’s 24th annual leadership conference for a day and a half of development, collaborating with learning and development peers and board/career growth. In the past year, CFTEA has developed new educational career paths, begun working on our student experience with our new learning management system and created a rich online experience at our website. This weekend is an investment in training and discussions related to the future of learning and development. How can CFTEA support your organization’s goals?
Why are we attending in September? Lodging prices have continued to increase and the end of October/beginning of November weather impacts have resulted in a poor attendee experience. By mid-September, school has started and the tour buses have not started their fall runs at this time. It is different and we are hoping it will be an amazing experience for all that attend. Resort is located an hour and a half from the Portland, Maine International Airport.
Located close to North Conway shopping and outlet malls as well as the center of town. The hotel has miles of hiking trails, allows an extra charge to have your pet with you and is attached to Kahuna Laguna, voted one of the nation’s Top 10 Indoor Water Parks! Plus tickets can be purchased at a discount from CFTEA. Normally, it is $25 per day for the water park, but those attending our conference will receive the special pricing of $20 per day. It is a great place to bring the family and enjoy beyond our conference.
Attendees are responsible for travel expenses.

During this session, you will learn how Katrina and Nancy, through their collaboration, found practical solutions to learning needs while overcoming the challenges of facilitating a learning experience dependent on technology.
