Highlights key considerations when developing a program to identify, monitor and control social media risk including managing social media customer complaints.
Audience: All staff using social media. Staff responsible for monitoring the bank’s social media with regard to applicable bank laws and reputational risk. Any staff handling complaints for the bank.
