This year, we are proud to celebrate Northfield Savings Bank and Casey Bailey as the 2025 Sapphire Award recipients.

Under the care and leadership of Casey Bailey, a dedicated member of CFTEA’s Regional Advisory Council, that partnership continues to thrive. Casey’s professionalism, positivity, and integrity stand out. When we accidentally undercharged Northfield Savings Bank, she was quick to make sure it was corrected because she wanted to support CFTEA’s mission as a community nonprofit. That says everything about her character.
After exploring other training options, Northfield Savings Bank recognized the value of working with CFTEA and what it means to have real people providing real support and care.
