This is what she has to say about her experience as a CFTEA instructor:
“At the beginning of my first class, I like to open up the CFTEA website and show the class where they can find information about certificates and diplomas and let them know that Principles of Banking is a core requirement and once this class is completed, they are on their way to meeting a certificate or diploma goal.
We talk about what they want to accomplish with this class. Could be that they just want to take this class and that’s it for now, or it could be that they want to take this as part of their certified teller requirement?
Being an instructor at CFTEA has been wonderful. I’ve meet so many great people, from different states, all eager to learn new things. I have encountered different levels of skills and have been able to structure my learning around that and what the student goals of the class are.”
